Suzaan Stander is a Sydney-based fashion designer whose work sits at the intersection of surrealism, fantasy and sculptural craft. Drawing on the uncanny world of dolls, marionettes and corsetry, she builds slow, intentional garments rich with intricate construction and considered detailing. A graduate of UTS, her work has been recognised at Melbourne Fashion Festival's National Graduate Showcase and featured in the Powerhouse Museum's Future Fashion exhibition.
