Led by the Australian Fashion Council, AFC Australian Fashion Week presented by Shark Beauty, signals an optimistic new chapter.
This event was born from industry-wide collaboration, bringing together fashion’s leading voices to reimagine a globally recognised Fashion Week in Sydney. AFC Australian Fashion Week will serve as a premier showcase of both emerging and established Australian designers, celebrating world-class creativity and innovation.
In 2025, AFC Australian Fashion Week will introduce The Studio, a new experience open to registered members of the public. Thanks to our brand partners, for the first time, The Studio offers everyone a curated Fashion Week experience.
Advisory Committee
The AFC have formed a Fashion Week Advisory Committee and two sub-committees: Designer Selection sub-committee and International Delegates & Marketing sub-committee to guide this years event. These committees are chaired by AFW founder and The Ordre Group CEO Simon Lock, and include members from:
