AFC Australian Fashion Week 2025 arrives in Sydney 12–16 May 2025, bringing together the brightest talent in fashion, design, and industry innovation.

This is your chance to be at the heart of one of Australia’s most iconic fashion events. As a volunteer, you’ll gain hands-on experience in event production, work alongside industry leaders, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how the runway comes to life. Whether you’re passionate about fashion, events, or creative industries, this opportunity will give you invaluable industry exposure and connections that could shape your future career.

The AFW 2025 Volunteer Manager will be in touch with successful applicants on Monday 28th April with a link to the official roster.


As a volunteer, you’ll gain hands-on experience in event production, work alongside industry leaders, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how the runway comes to life.

FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH) ASSISTANTS
This involves assisting with guest seating, PR, photography/videography, décor, set design and gift bag preparation.



BACK OF HOUSE (BOH) ASSISTANTS
This may include model prep (dressing/styling), garment steaming and general BOH assistance.
