Amy Lawrance is a designer-maker based in Melbourne, Australia. Driven by a reverence for the craft of dressmaking; dresses are designed, pattern made and sewn in Amy’s home studio using methods that have been developed by generations of craftswomen. Working with a concise material palette of greige silks and favouring clean, purposeful detail, her pieces are designed and produced with the ultimate goal of being special enough for someone to wear for a life time and pass down generationally.
